A surgical visit feels more manageable when you know who is helping you. Many members of the Northwest Oral Surgeons team have worked together for years, giving patients and referring offices familiar contacts before, during, and after treatment.

Our staff helps coordinate appointments, referrals, insurance information, procedure preparation, anesthesia support, and postoperative questions. When you call, we will help you reach the person best suited to answer your question.

Lindsay Beckring

Office Manager

Lindsay Beckring joined Northwest Oral Surgeons in 2000 and has grown alongside the practice for more than 25 years. She began as a sterilization technician before becoming a surgical assistant and ultimately stepping into her current role as Practice Manager. Her extensive experience in both the clinical and administrative sides of oral surgery gives Lindsay a unique understanding of every aspect of the patient experience. She is dedicated to supporting the NWOS team and ensuring each patient receives compassionate, professional care from their first call through their final follow-up.

Surgical and Anesthesia Support

Our surgical staff works alongside Dr. Udy to prepare treatment rooms, support procedures, help with anesthesia preparation and monitoring, and review procedure-specific instructions. Team members answer common preparation and recovery questions and involve Dr. Udy whenever clinical guidance is needed.

Scheduling and Insurance Support

Front-office staff coordinate appointments, referral records, and communication with referring practices. Sarah serves as insurance coordinator and helps patients provide the information needed for benefit review and claim processing.

Because procedures, anesthesia needs, medical histories, and insurance requirements vary, appointments are scheduled by phone rather than through real-time online booking.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm not going to lie, I had my wisdom teeth removed today and I don't remember much (which I'm honestly totally okay with!). The few moments of lucidity I did have however were filled with the nicest staff members and they were especially kind to me when I got nauseous and threw up. From the front desk staff to all of the assistants/nurses and Dr. Udy herself, I felt very cared for and would highly recommend them all to anyone! I'm a naturally anxious person and they made the experience honestly quite enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff who helped me today! :)
