Surgical Assistant

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for performing patient care activities as a member of the surgical team, taking and developing x-ray films, cleaning, packaging, sterilizing, and storing supplies, instruments, and equipment, preparing, organizing, and maintaining oral surgeon’s dictation and correspondence, transcribing and maintaining Oral Surgeon dictation according to Practice policy, submitting transcription to medical record in a timely manner, working closely with administrative and medical staff in coordinating patient care service functions at the individual office and participating in clinical and practice-wide decisions.

Insurance/Implant Coordinator

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for proper documentation of claims forms, planning, organizing and directing all insurance claims and billing functions of the Practice, informing patient and/or appropriating other as to financial requirements and facility fees and posting payments & providing follow up on outstanding accounts.
